Such an amazing experience.  I absolutely dread bra shopping and the ladies were super helpful with their knowledge and support making my fitting and selection so easy, it was tough to decide what to buy.

What a wonderful shop! After dropping 1/3 of my bodyweight I had nothing that fit. Might as well start rebuilding the wardrobe with the correct bra. Paula was there to help and what a gem she is! She patiently worked with me for nearly an hour, listening to my concerns, staying within my price point, and imparting her extensive wisdom. The result: left the shop with three reasonably priced bras that have increased my self confidence tenfold. Thank you Paula and the wonderful ladies at Diane's Lingerie. It was literally so good I went in with my mom for a fitting appointment because the last time i got a bra was when i was 12 and they were so uncomfortable and the wire was literally digging into me but when i came here and tried these ones on it was SO MUCH BETTER. it literally didn’t hurt at all and i can’t even feel the wire. plus they were really good at sizing me and the lady was so nice and helped me understand 10000/10 come here it’s good

Lynda and team made me feel completely comfortable during my bra fitting. They are extremely kind and non-judgmental. They pay attention to my needs and preferences, and I trust their expertise. They are meticulous about the exact fit - they will not sell you something that does not fit perfectly.
Initially, I didn’t want an underwire bra. However, with expert fitting, I have changed my mind completely. The underwire bras I now have from Diane’s are beautiful and wonderfully comfortable to wear. Proper support feels and looks so much better. I now have cleavage!
It’s easy to find cheap bras, but you are not doing your breasts a favor. You can easily spend more money on a pair of shoes, and not think twice about it. The bras that I have bought at Diane’s as an investment in myself and my body. Especially my future body! I came by to buy a shape wear and couple of bras. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as i got in and got all the help that i needed! From someone who has no self confidence to even ask for help about sizing due to low self esteem, the staffs made sure the experience was comfortable. Paula and Wendy is amazing! I found that the underwire fit makes a huge difference in comfort so it is important to find a good fit. I couldn't find a good fit (digging wires, cups too deep, etc) with other brands at the mall which led me to Diane's in the first place.

I've been a repeat customers for years now, coming here for everyday bras and sports bra primarily - before and after childbirth. The two lines that work best for me is Marie Jo and Anita. From the moment I walked in and was friendly greeted by Wendy (who also was so helpful at check out) to my fittings by the on and only magnificent Gloria.  All I can say is go ladies. Don’t think about it!! A perfect fitting bra is the doorway to happiness. Saved more than I spent!  Love a deal!  But add in the phenomenal customer service and you begin to understand why the experience at Diane’s is worth it.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. In 20 years of wearing bras, this is the most personalized, comfortable, beautiful experience I’ve had while shopping “for my girls”. After a disappointing, discouraging experience at another retailer (a big, international brand), it was a breath of fresh air to be fitted by Paola at Diane’s. Every breast , every woman, is beautiful and different. I would rather pay $150 CAD plus for a bra that fits me and my ladies perfectly, rather than $50 for something that’s uncomfortable, and feels like body armour (conventional, fast fashion lingerie stores). Yes it’s a bit more expensive; but these fine garments will give me years of pleasure, feeling confident in my favourite clothing, and it’s 100% worth the price. This boutique is the only place I’m shopping for lingerie now, and will refer all my friends here as well - we often air out our grievances about not being able to find the right support for our ladies - no longer! Diane’s Lingerie is a true gem. A special thank you to Paola. The ladies here are absolute magic. Thank you.
